THE FOCUS IS ON REFINING TECHNIQUE, REINFORCING EFFECTIVE MOVEMENT PATTERNS, AND CORRECTING ERRORS EARLY, ENSURING TRAINING CONTINUES TO PROGRESS WITH PURPOSE AND PRECISION.
